Elementary school
Town Office is in charge of the transfer of elementary school students.
When a relocation notification is made, the student is assigned to an elementary school closest to his/her
residence.
Middle school
District Office of Education is responsible for the transfer of middle school students.

Process
Make a relocation notification
Get a copy of student's certificate of registration from the current school
Visit a district office of education with a certificate of registration, and submit all the required documents. The student is assigned to a middle school.

Assignment Process
- a. In the case of an irregular assignment from another city or province
- students are assigned within vacancy
- b. Regular assignment in Busan
- Deadline for Application : Tuesday

- A copy of Transfer Application
- A copy of evidence documents is required to submit if all family members are not in the move-in notification.
Transfer of students from principal admission high school (such as special-purposed and specialized high school) to the same type of high school
- Visit and register at the chosen school with a copy of Student Record.
- The admission decision is made by principal according to the school's regulation of vacancy.
